These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the web design services provided by Manchester Website Designer, operated by Clixoni Ltd (Company No. 15345847), a company registered in England and Wales. By ordering our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
- We provide web design and hosting services
- Services include website design, hosting, and basic support
- Websites are created using AI technology and human oversight
- Domain setup assistance is provided but domain registration is separate
- Payment is required in advance for annual service
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable
- Refunds are available within 30 days of service commencement
- Provide accurate information for website development
- Own or have rights to all content provided
- Maintain domain name registration separately
- Follow DNS setup instructions provided by us
- Service includes basic website design and hosting only
- Additional features may require separate arrangements
- We reserve the right to refuse service for illegal content
- Hosting is subject to fair usage policies
Step 1: Order Placement
Upon receipt of your order and payment, we will contact you within 2 business days to begin the information collection process.
Step 2: Information Collection
We will gather all necessary information including content, images, branding requirements, and functional specifications for your website.
Step 3: Design & Development
Using our AI technology and human oversight, we will create your website and provide you with a draft for review within 7-14 business days.
Step 4: Review & Launch
After incorporating your feedback, we will launch your website and provide you with DNS setup instructions.
- • You retain ownership of all content and materials you provide
- • We retain ownership of our proprietary design templates and code
- • You receive a license to use the completed website for your business
- • You must not redistribute or resell our design templates
- • 99.9% uptime guarantee for website hosting
- • 2 rounds of revisions included in the design process
- • Response to support requests within 24 hours
- • Monthly backups of your website data
- • You may cancel within 30 days for a full refund if no work has commenced
- • After 30 days, cancellation results in prorated refund minus setup costs
- • We may terminate service for breach of terms with 30 days notice
- • Upon termination, you have 30 days to download your website files
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:
- • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- • Damages arising from third-party services or integrations
- • Issues arising from customer-provided content or materials
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
